Horrible food! Dried out rice, stale chicken. I don't know how they stay in business. Kind of makes you wonder? I love Chinese food and eat it a lot, but not here. I go to Teaneck Rd, Hunan Wok instead.

Used to have the best egg drop soup ever. You could even taste a hint of sherry or something in it. Nowadays, not so much. Dry hard fried rice and sesame chicken that isn't so fresh. All other dishes are greasy and subpar. I don't eat from here anymore.

This is my local Chinese restaurant so I have been ordering food from here since forever... the food is good, the staff is friendly and nice on the phone... I'm never disappointed with them; my food arrives in time and always warm and I love the fact that you can see them cooking the food from the outside.

This place is so under rated . I love the fact that you can see the kitchen and people cooking your food in this place . In fun house you can't see what they're doing to your food . Here you can feel good seeing how they prepare your food . They make awesome pork fried rice and sesame checking definitely coming back , and they've been around for years .

They are very nice on the phone. Food is good. Always order for delivery, it's correct about 75% of the time.

Ate here on a roadtrip. There was nothing nearby that looked normal. The food here is better than expected for a to-go carry-out Chinese joint. 12 bucks for our meal which included: Pint of egg drop soup (that had no starch in it so it wasn't thickened...I prefer it thickened) but soup was okay, not particularly flavorful but not nasty either. Bourbon chicken with 5 pieces of large broccoli and a lot of real, large chunks of quality chicken - mostly thigh meat. Huge plate of white rice, not hard at all. Also, got a coke with this price. Not bad for what it is. Bathrroms were normal, not particularly clean or dirty. Oddly, paper towels are on the cashier counter and not in the bathroom. Maybe to prevent you from using too much?? Either way, there was a sign on the mirror in the bathroom that said "please use paper towels sparingly". Well if there was any paper towels in there to be used, I'd still use my normal amount. I had to use toilet paper to open the door as I do not touch anything in a bathroom after washing my hands...

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
